PROMOTION PROCESS

1. End User is being introduced to Catalyst (typically by SONY Authorised dealer)
2. Catalyst contacts the End User to complete credit application
3. Credit application is presented to Funder for review.
4. Once the credit is approved then Catalyst will present the finance agreement to End User for signature
5. Catalyst will inform the SONY Authorised Dealer once finance agreement has been signed by End User and Funder. This will then allow them to deliver the equipment.
6. Catalyst will pay the subsidy to the Funder.
7. Dealer will send documentation to evidence the “shipment of goods” to the Funder
8. Funder will pay the dealer for the equipment and collects monthly payment from the End User in accordance with the Finance Agreement.

Catalyst Asset Finance Ltd - Terms and Conditions Finance is for German business users only. This is subject to credit status and execution of standard documentation; other restrictions may apply. Applicants must be 18 and over. Guarantees and Indemnities may be required. Lease product only. Documentation fee: €250 plus VAT. Promotion Valid from 10/06/2024 until 30/09/2024. Representative Example (Lease):
Total equipment value €30,000 + VAT € 6,000 = Total €36,000. Initial Payment = €1250 + Vat, followed by 23 monthly payments = €1250. Terms and condition for lease apply.

Product Substitution:
There will be no model substitution.

Eligibility:
For German business users only, subject to credit status. For new Sony products only (second-hand or demo equipment does not qualify). Use by Sony Authorised Channels: Offer only available for financial onward sale of products purchased by Sony Professional Solutions Specialists, Sony Authorised Resellers and Sony Approved Independent System Integrators within the Germany under the terms of existing trading agreements.

There are no quantity limitations.
